General Information

Dental Insurance

We participate in Delta Premier and Blue Cross/Blue Shield dental insurance plans. We will also accept assignment of your benefits from other traditional fee-for-service dental plans. We do not, however, participate in any HMO or reduced-fee schedule dental plans.

We understand that dental insurance helps make your treatments more affordable. As a courtesy to you, we will submit to your dental insurance carrier the paperwork for pre-treatment estimates and claims for services provided to you.

We ask you to keep in mind, however, that your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We are not part of that contract. Also, you should be aware that most dental insurance plans do not cover 100 percent of the cost of your treatment and may arbitrarily exclude certain services. It is your responsibility to know what is and is not covered, and you are financially responsible for any balance that is left after the insurance has paid its share.

At the time of your appointment, we will give you an estimate of your expected costs (including co-payments, deductibles, or the costs of non-covered services). We ask that you pay this amount on the day you receive your services. Should your insurance carrier deny your claim, or should there be a discrepancy between the expected payment and the amount received, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the insurance company for an explanation and to pay any remaining balance on your account.

Financial policy

Payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Because we are committed to providing you with the best possible dental care, we have developed a range of payment options to help make it affordable for you.

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
