Meet Dr. Kansol

Dr. Kansol Dr. Harvey Lee Kansol’s patients benefit every day from his experience and commitment to developing expertise in the latest dental techniques and technologies. He has been in practice in the Lake Mary area for over 25 years, on staff at the Florida Hospital since 1989, and is one of the most respected dentists in the area.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Dr. Kansol received his DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1976. Since that time, he has continued to enhance his skills through courses at some of the country’s most prestigious dental education programs, including the L.D. Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education and the Dental Implant Maxi-course at the Medical College of Georgia.

Dr. Kansol has worked to achieve recognition in several dental organizations to which he belongs. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a Sustaining Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has been a member of the Phi Eta Sigma honorary prosthetics fraternity since 1976 and was on the board of directors as the Medical Advisor to the American Cancer Society from 1988 to 1989.

Dr. Kansol is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Central Florida District Dental Association, and the Greater Orlando Dental Society. He is also a member of the Study Club of Mid Florida.

Dr. Kansol and his office staff are active in the community. They participate in health fairs and in children’s dental health awareness programs and support many local charities. Dr. Kansol was recognized as Dentist of the Year in 2003 by the Central Florida Family Magazine and the Seminole Herald Newspaper.

Dr. Kansol and his wife Delaine have four children and live in Winter Springs.
